Ladies fit, true to size. BUT If you are in between 2 sizes, or would prefer more wiggle room for hips & bootylicious-ness SIZE UP, as they sit a touch lower than the ladies joggers in the same material. XXL and XXXL are graded as straight sizes NOT plus sizes unfortunately.

(for those of you babes who wear the same size as yours truly, I wear the Unisex L in the all the sweaters, and normally wear a Ladies XL in the joggers & but while the XL in the shorts fits, I prefer the XXL in these shorts.
