- 3) Allow 10% for cuts: 30 (30 x 0.1) = 33 m.
- 4) Number of rolls needed: 33 ÷ 10 = 3.3, so 4 rolls are necessary.
- Rolls are made to order for shade and pattern continuity.
- A bath number is assigned to each production batch to avoid discrepancies.
- Even slight variations can be noticeable after application.
- Always consider allowing for 10% more than the calculated requirement.
